First up I start with my Personal Favorite..
1. Janine Allis
Janine Allis is not your everyday self-made businesswoman.
She grew her juice and smoothie empire from her kitchen bench to an international success story (Boost Juice Bars are now in 13 countries with over 400 stores).
Janine’s worked three jobs so she could fulfill her dream of travelling the world and letting life take her on a journey.
This adventure took Janine around the world, from nannying in a little French village to working for rock gods and David Bowie on a yacht in the South of France and the Caribbean.
As a young mum and looking for a new adventure back in Australia,
Janine decided to invest in her passion for healthy snacks on the run.
Fast forward 15 years and that passion has turned into over $2 billion in global sales. Janine has developed into an accomplished and skillful entrepreneur with an eye for a smart deal and the experience to back it up.
“For me, success or failure has been down to the people I’ve surrounded myself with. Some people are only half full, they live in fear. But as an entrepreneur you need to find the people that say ‘give it a go’. - Janine Allis

3. Jessica Alba
SHE’S famous for starring in a string of hit films and television series, but few may realise that Jessica Alba has also built a billion-dollar business empire.
And it was a nasty allergic reaction that put the Fantastic Four actress on the path to success.
The 34-year-old was pregnant with her first child seven years ago when she tested out a brand name baby detergent and broke out in a rash.
When Alba began looking for natural, chemical-free products, she found few options. So, in 2011 she started "The Honest Company" to make her own.
It was recently valued at a staggering $1 billion, has 200 employees and turns over $150 million each year.
