All orders are posted within 1 business days of payment being cleared. Once your order has been posted you will receive your item(s) within 2 - 3 business days within NSW, SA, VIC and Metro QLD. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and Northern QLD may take up to 7 business days. (Please note this excludes public holidays and peak postage seasons i:e Festive seasons) 

Please bare in mind, Final cut off time is 1pm (Australia-Melbourne Time). So orders after that time will be next day posted.

Postage and Handling

We offer FREE express shipping within Australia on all orders over $60. After we dispatch your order, you should receive an email directly from Austpost providing you with your tracking number so you can track it from Austpost. So please make sure your email is correct and check your junk email. Thanks.

All other orders under $60 will have a standard postage & handling fee of $10.49 AUD including item insurance. Item insurance is available for all orders.

Tracking your order

Once your item has been posted, you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number to enable you to contact Australia Post and locate your parcel. If you do not receive your order and Australia Post has deemed your parcel as lost or not found. We are NOT responsible for this.

We accept no responsibility for parcels accepted and signed by a third party on your behalf, which has then not been released to you. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.

Shipping - International

We offer FREE international shipping for all orders over $160AUD. For orders under $160AUD, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $24.99AUD. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from austpost with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code you are given for Standard Shipping and for Express. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, contact us HERE.

Once it leave Australia it’s best to track through US POST, https://tools.usps.com.

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. Any delays post-dispatchment will be out of our control and will be the responsibility of the shipping company.
