SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note:
- Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed on Monday
- Public holidays will delay processing by 1-2 days
- Sale periods may take up to 72 hours to process due to high volume
🎄 CHRISTMAS & HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING (NOVEMBER - JANUARY)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our warehouse and Australia Post have limited operations during the Christmas period.
To ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by:
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Standard Shipping (Same State): Order by Monday, December 22
- Standard Shipping (Interstate): Order by Friday, December 19
- Express Shipping: Order by Tuesday, December 23
- Perth, Darwin, Hobart: Order by December 12 (Standard) or December 22 (Express)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- We recommend ordering by early December to ensure delivery before Christmas
- International deliveries are subject to customs delays which are beyond our control
- Check Australia Post's international lodgement dates for your specific country
⚠️ WAREHOUSE CLOSURE: Our warehouse may be closed for extended periods during the Christmas/New Year period (typically late December through early January). Orders placed during this time will be processed when we reopen.
Orders placed after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but may not arrive until after Christmas and New Year.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

We are currently NOT shipping to the following countries due to unreliable postal services and high loss rates:

🚨 IMPORTANT: NEW TARIFFS & COUNTRY-SPECIFIC CHARGES
Some countries have recently implemented new tariff laws and additional charges that are completely beyond our control.
United States: As of 2025, the US has eliminated the de minimis exemption, meaning ALL shipments to the US are now subject to customs duties and tariffs, regardless of value. This is a new US government policy that we have no control over.
Other affected countries may include: United Kingdom (post-Brexit charges), European Union countries (VAT changes), Canada, and others that have updated their import regulations.
⚠️ Please understand:
- These tariffs and charges are mandated by your government, not by us
- We have absolutely no control over these fees or policies
- If it were up to us, we would not charge customers more
- These charges are inevitable and must be paid to receive your package
- The amounts vary based on your country's laws and the value of your order
- You will be contacted by your local courier or customs to pay these fees
We strongly recommend checking your country's current import laws and tariff policies before placing an order to understand what additional costs you may face.
⏰ FACTORS THAT AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES
Please understand that delivery times are ESTIMATES and can be affected by:
- Customs clearance delays - Can add 3-10 business days to international orders
- New tariff processing - Additional time required for countries with new tariff laws (especially US)
- Public holidays - In Australia or your destination country
- Peak seasons - Christmas (November-January), Chinese New Year, Easter
- Weather events - Floods, storms, natural disasters
- Carrier delays - Beyond our control once shipped
- Remote locations - Rural or island destinations take longer
- Incorrect addresses - Will cause significant delays
- Customs inspections - Random checks can delay packages
- Warehouse closures - Extended closures during Christmas/New Year period
During peak periods (especially Christmas), both our warehouse and Australia Post experience significantly higher volumes and may have reduced operating hours or closures. Please order early to avoid disappointment!
⚠️ IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authority.
These fees are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office based on your country's regulations. The amount varies by destination and we have no control over these charges.
Important points:
- Customs fees vary by country and product value
- Some countries charge fees on ALL orders (like the US), while others have minimum thresholds
- You may be contacted by your local courier to pay these fees before delivery
- Refusing to pay customs fees will result in your package being returned to us (no refund)
- New tariff laws in some countries mean higher fees than in previous years

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
All international shipments include accurate customs documentation declaring the contents and value of your order.
We CANNOT and WILL NOT:
- Mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs fees
- Undervalue items on customs forms
- Mislabel products
These practices are illegal and may result in your package being seized by customs, heavy fines, or criminal charges. We declare all items accurately to ensure smooth customs clearance.
⚠️ We are not responsible if your country's customs seizes or returns your package due to contact lens import restrictions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Important tracking information:
- Allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active
- Check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received tracking within 3 business days
- International tracking may not update until it reaches your country
- Some countries have limited tracking visibility
If you have not received your tracking number and wish to track your order, contact us at contact@billionairebeauties.com with your order number.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@billionairebeauties.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Tracking information
We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at contact@billionairebeauties.com IMMEDIATELY after placing your order.
We process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to make changes. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We can reship it to the correct address (you pay shipping fees)
- We can provide a refund (upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable, and standard shipping fees will be deducted)
Common address issues:
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Incorrect postal codes
- Old addresses from autofill
- Typos in street names

DELIVERY DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note:
- Estimated delivery times are guides only, not guarantees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- We dispatch orders promptly but cannot control delivery speed once shipped
- Payment authorization delays may affect processing time
- International deliveries may be affected by overseas postal disruptions beyond our control
- New tariff processing requirements may add additional time to customs clearance
