Contact lenses are a sanitary product, so we can't offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Within 14 days of delivery: unopened lenses get 100% store credit, opened lenses get 50% credit or a $20 exchange fee ($30 international) after a video of you cutting the lenses in half with your order number visible, and faulty or damaged lenses are replaced free the same way (video of the pair being cut, no need to post anything back).
