Within 14 days of delivery: unopened lenses get 100% store credit, opened lenses get 50% credit or a $20 exchange fee ($30 international) after a video of you cutting the lenses in half with your order number visible, and faulty or damaged lenses are replaced free the same way (video of the pair being cut, no need to post anything back). All our Otaku lenses are made with a patented Plusierus Technology, our advanced "sandwich" design. This method seals the color inside the lens, between two clear layers, so the pigment never touches your eyes. Only the smooth outer surface touches your cornea. This protects your eyes, reduces irritation, and keeps them feeling fresh during long wear.
We also use an advanced 3-curve edge design, which creates a thinner, softer, smoother edge around the lens. In simple terms, it feels lighter on your eyes and helps reduce rubbing and dryness.
