Otaku Desire Honey was born out of a very specific request. Many customers came to us loving the idea of Solotica Hidrocor Ocre but finding it a little too bright, a little too light for everyday wear on dark eyes. They wanted the same warmth but dialed back - something that felt wearable at brunch, not just on a photoshoot. So we created Desire Honey: a soft blend of honey, amber, and hazel that gives full coverage without tipping into anything too intense. It sits slightly deeper than Ocre, making it the kind of shade you can reach for every single day.

Creator's Note: The Story Behind This Shade
This one came directly from our customers. We kept hearing the same thing - people loved the warmth of Solotica's Ocre but wanted something a touch more grounded, more wearable for real life. Desire Honey was our answer to that. The color blends beautifully with dark brown eyes, adding that warm light-brown glow without the lens looking like it's sitting on top of your eye. It flatters every skin tone - on fair skin the honey contrast is striking, on deeper tones it reads like a rich, golden warmth that feels completely natural. It's been one of our most loved everyday shades ever since.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you order after 11am AEDT, it'll ship the next business day. Weekend orders go out on Monday.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49.99, arriving in 3–7 business days. For orders under $49.99, standard shipping is $13. Need it faster? International Orders
We ship worldwide to 100+ countries. Standard international shipping is free on orders over $49.99, with estimated delivery of 10–25 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Contact lenses are a sanitary product, so we can't offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Within 14 days of delivery: unopened lenses get 100% store credit, opened lenses get 50% credit or a $20 exchange fee ($30 international) after a video of you cutting the lenses in half with your order number visible, and faulty or damaged lenses are replaced free the same way (video of the pair being cut, no need to post anything back). All our Otaku lenses are made with a patented Plusierus Technology, our advanced "sandwich" design. This method seals the color inside the lens, between two clear layers, so the pigment never touches your eyes. Only the smooth outer surface touches your cornea. This protects your eyes, reduces irritation, and keeps them feeling fresh during long wear.
We also use an advanced 3-curve edge design, which creates a thinner, softer, smoother edge around the lens. In simple terms, it feels lighter on your eyes and helps reduce rubbing and dryness.
Otaku lenses are CE certified, ISO13485 compliant, and protected by Invention Patent.

- soak lenses in fresh solution for at least min 4-6 hours before use
- clean with fresh contact lens solution after every use
- store in a clean lens case with fresh solution
- limit wear to a maximum of 6-8 hours per day
- avoid exposing lenses to water or non-sterile liquids
